Nearly every political item reported by the media contains, "Speaking on the condition of anonymity". When you see or hear these words, there's every reason to assume the quotee and the quoter have no credibility; these people are not journalists, they are conduits, and they are paid well to feed us a few facts thoroughly mixed with a big pile of horseshit.

"America's credibility must not be squandered, especially by its leaders" -Henry A. Kissinger (You see what I mean. Talk about a colossal unreliable source for credibility. It took decades to sort out the lies this man spread using these conduits).

Reporters are hired to report the news and gossip and have a responsibility to see that each is well labeled. The duty of the clergy, as I understand it, is to serve God; and the God I worship would not look kindly on one of His staff protecting a thief, murderer or child molester. Now before the hypocrites sitting in the Protestant pews jump up and shout “Amen!”, a review of the records showed that you have condoned incest, child molesters, burning people at the stake, and the wholesale slaughter of countless thousands.

“It seems there is something about anonymity which brings out the worst in us. If you doubt that, come with me into the often-weird world of Internet chat rooms and message boards.”  -Pat Sajak

Since posting, Anonymity, I have received several hundred emails asking what religion, if any, do I practice, and do I read the Bible? I'm a deist. I cannot say for sure how many times I’ve been asked, "Have you read the Bible, and if so, do you believe it’s the word of God?" but surely it’s been at least a trillion times. I found reading the Bible inspiring and entertaining. If I didn’t know better, I would swear that P.T. Barnum, L. Ron Hubbard and Jules Verne collaborated to give us this wonderful book.
