Sam’s Letters to Jennifer

I’m sure some will say this book is comparable to Suzanne’s Diary for Nicholas, and to a certain extent it is. But Mr. Patterson writes a beautiful love story just as well as he writes his Alex Cross mysteries or any of his other fine novels.

Jennifer spent her childhood summers at her grandma’s Wisconsin home on Lake Geneva. Now grandma is her only living relative; they are best friends; and Jennifer loves her dearly. While staying at her grandma’s home on this return trip to Lake Geneva, Jennifer is surprised to find a stack of letters written to her. Jennifer reads them a few at a time and learns a story of hope, love, and deep emotions. And she learns to love again.

It’s a quick, easy read that will totally delight you.
